The Cheesecake Factory Is Bringing Cheesecake Ice Cream to a Store Near You

If there’s one thing that watching The Golden Girls in our formative years taught us, it’s that there’s no such thing as too much cheesecake. The Cheesecake Factory obviously agrees with this sentiment — at what other restaurant can you choose between more than 30 flavors of cheesecake at the end of the meal? They’re taking their commitment to providing the world with cheesecake anytime, anywhere, with their new line of cheesecake-filled pints of ice cream, which will be available at grocery stores nationwide this March.

Like the chain’s signature dessert, these pints of ice cream will be loaded with a cream cheese blend and tart sour cream, so you’ll get the flavors you love all in one tub. There will be seven flavors to choose from, including favorites like birthday cake, chocolate, cookies and cream, strawberry, original, salted caramel, chocolate, and key lime. You’ll never have to brave the wait at your local Cheesecake Factory ever again the next time you have a craving for one of their masterful desserts — just head to the freezer aisle.

The ice cream is being manufactured in Le Mars, Iowa, by Well Enterprises, Inc., the same company behind Blue Bunny, Blue Ribbon Classics, Bomb Pop, Halo Top, and Chilly Cow ice cream treats. You’ll be able to get your hands on a pint of this decadent new offering from the Cheesecake Factory for a suggested retail price of just $4.99, which is cheaper than buying a slice of their cheesecake at the restaurant — and you won’t even have to change out of your pajamas to eat it.

This isn’t the first Cheesecake Factory product that’s made the transition from restaurant kitchen to grocery store shelf in recent years. Fans of the chain can also pick up whole cheesecakes, slices of cheesecake, cupcakes, and the restaurant’s famous brown bread at stores nationwide.
