Jabs made with a gel found in eye drops have been used to treat premature ejaculation.
Volunteers given injections of the jelly-like substance, hyaluronic acid, had an eight-fold increase in ejaculation time.
Hyaluronic acid is used in eye drops to stimulate tears.
Now in a trial at Zagazig University, Egypt, with 30 men aged 30 to 50, it’s been used to increase time to orgasm, from an average of 37 seconds to more than five minutes.
The men had five separate gel jabs into the penis.

The gel is thought to work by reducing sensation.
