When we think of backyard barbecues and summer season kick-offs, we always think of Memorial Day, which is often the first weekend of the year that we fire up the grill and start cooking up burgers, hot dogs, and other warm-weather-fare that we’ve been deprived of for so long during the cold and rainy months.
