HANOI/MOSCOW (Reuters) – Vietnam plans to acquire 150 million doses for its COVID-19 vaccination programme, as the health ministry said a medical panel had recommended it approve Russia’s Sputnik V vaccine and the Moderna vaccine for use in the Southeast Asian country. The 150 million doses will include both those directly purchased and doses obtained
