Base recipe

  • 400g Sweet Potato, peeled, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 400g can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
