A mum from Brisbane has shown how you can get back in shape by walking and cutting out junk food.
Magella Goring made a 2016 New Year’s resolution to get fitter and lose weight and has lost 16 kilos in 10 months.
The mum of two, posted pictures of her transformation but says the power walks with her girls in the pram have done the trick – and she still eats block of chocolate every week!. Walking is a great exercise for just about anyone as it not only increases your fitness but gets people outdoors and has been proven to kickstart weight loss.
‘When I started I couldn’t get through 10 minutes of the workout and I was stuffed,’ she said. Magella said she went on 40 minute “power walks” and cut out takeaway food and alcohol.
