Britain’s strongest man Eddie Hall maintains 6st weight loss by cutting this from his diet
Before his weight loss, strongman Eddie Hall tipped the scales at 30.9st.
The 31-year-old, from Stoke-on-Trent, walked away with the World’s Strongest Man title back in 2017.
Previously describing his bulky frame as “torture”, the strongman decided to slim down.
He managed to shed the weight by following a strict weight loss plan with plenty of cardio.

Now the professional has opened up about how he’s managed to maintain his incredible transformation.
Eddie told Express.co.uk: “I knew that I was pushing the boundaries.
“I knew that I was basically risking my life with all the health factors – it’s very unhealthy being that big.”
He also revealed how he had to cut out a lot of carbohydrates in order to slim down.

His new diet plan saw him focus on gorging on protein and fats, with exercise playing a massive role.
Now weighing 26st, Eddie hopes to maintain his new size by focusing on what he eats daily.
“I’ve got a six pack, and I’m quite happy to stay at this until I get a bit older and maybe I’ll have to reduce the weight a little bit more maybe when I get to my late 40s and 50s,” he concluded.
Back in September, Eddie showed off his transformation after shedding 4st.
He said in a post: “Doing HIIT training to keep muscle mass has been a great tool for keeping fit without losing the gains.
“Anymore than 60 seconds and the body starts to target muscle as it adapts to your exercising. Cardio doesn’t have to be long and boring.
“Do 60 seconds of something that’s fun like sprinting, tyre flipping, tyre sledgehammers, prowler sprints, boxing pads.”
