McDonald's Is Bringing Back One of Your Favorite Menu Items & Adding a Brand New One
We may not have finished our Valentine’s Day shopping yet, but that doesn’t mean McDonald’s isn’t already planning for the next big holiday: St. Patrick’s Day. There are all sorts of yummy foods to look forward to on St. Patrick’s day — corned beef and cabbage, bangers and mash, paczki, green beer, soda bread and of course, McDonald’s famous Shamrock Shakes. But this year, that’s not all they’re adding to their holiday lineup.
Rumors of this new Oreo Mint McFlurry started circulating way back in October and it looks like all of our minty dreams are finally coming true. The sugary treat will be made with vanilla soft serve and be blended with minty Shamrock flavor and Oreo cookie pieces.
Beginning February 19, Shamrock Shakes and the new Oreo Shamrock McFlurry will be available nationwide for the first time ever (they are usually only available in a limited number of stores). As always, these will only be around for a limited time so you better snag as many as you can while they’re still available. Based on people’s reactions online, you may run into some long lines when you go to purchase one.
