Khloe Kardashian has taken to Twitter to hit back at haters claiming that she’s following a “ridiculous” diet to “tremendous amount of weight” following the birth of her first child.
“I truly dislike when people report I’ve lost a tremendous amount of weight in a short amount of time or when people claim I’m doing these ridiculous diets,” the reality TV star tweeted on Monday night. “It’s really setting the wrong tone. I believe in making lifestyle changes when it comes to my food.”
“Dieting is great but dieting doesn’t typically create long-lasting results. I also believe that working out is so incredibly healthy and should be done to each individual’s own rhythm of life. There’s no one size fits all when health and fitness.”
She’s not wrong about choosing lifestyle changes over quick fixes, but many fans are still concerned about her desire to lose “the baby weight” so quickly.
The 33-year-old was controversially given doctor’s approval to start working out at three weeks postpartum, and she recently shared the low carb meal plan she’s currently following.
Apparently the big motivator for Khloe to get back to the gym were some recent pap shots when she was out with True. “When I saw myself in those first post-pregnancy paparazzi photos, I couldn’t believe how big my booty looked,” she said on her app. “I can’t wait to tone up again and get my body back to where it was.”
