According to Healthline, Earl Grey tea can also promote a healthy heart. The bergamot found in the tea has properties that can decrease the bad cholesterol in your body. A study also found that people who drank three cups of Earl Grey a day had lower blood pressure. People with hypertension have a greater risk of cardiovascular disease, which decreases with lower blood pressure (via WebMD).

Earl Grey can also help with relieving constipation or acid reflux, because it strengthens the body’s natural digestion (via NDTV Food). In addition, Earl Grey can improve your metabolism, which is known to help you lose weight.

One unique aspect of this caffeinated beverage is that it can work toward easing stress. The bergamot orange found in Earl Grey has natural aromatherapy attributes, which can be very soothing after a stressful day (via NDTV Food).
